karate stances like the horse stance wouldn’t work on the street. You can make fun of this guy all you want but he is good and knows what he is talking about, he knock out any traditionalist fighter such as in karate, kung fu, tae kwon do etc.

karate stances don’t work in a real fight but as a mma fighter who has done loss prevention and been in several street fights in the past I can say Muay Thai stances are the best .

And i agree the stance could be improved. But every martial art has their own good sides and bad sides… Maybe not kung fu or ninjutsu lol (jk)

I really dont think this is a good stance! his sides are very much open! a strong fast kick to the side of the ribs can easily know him down

bad stance this give you no speed at all. a good side kick and is out

  6. phrox says:

question… with your elbows bowed out so wide arnt you in danger of getting kicked up and in to the ribs?

  7. rocky2win says:
