In a real life defence situation this wouldn’t work. Its to do with balance and physics but trust me when I say not to try this in a real fight.
If you get a russian two on one on him, that makes things even easier.
Well, you use the clinch for that
. If he has a gi it’s easier, just use the over the back grip to get to his side. In no gi, it’s a bit trickier, but it’s doable using a whizzer or an underhook.
It’s usually banned in grappling competition, but not in MMA.

Thanks, I appreciate a good credible claim cause I’ve seen moves like these demonstrated before by Gi-wearing “black belts” and the poor individuals who NEED the ability to defend themselves who can’t get a sensei are resorted to making fools of themselves just because they weren’t taught properly. Self-training is difficult for most people because you have to keep HONEST with your own movement capability in ALL forms. Thanks, I spoke my peace to weed out a truthful claim to this move.
What do you mean by “keeping Honest with your own movement capabilty” are you refering that some people are able to do high-risk moves and other people just physically can’t no matter how hard they train or try
