how to improve your martial art skills? How about don’t take boxing lessons and learn how to strike areas of the body that disrupt bloodflow, breathing and nerve centers that connect to the cervical-vertebrae! Sport fags

boxing is a gr8 style it isnt just a sport. just cuz it might not look as fancy to you doesnt mean its a martial art

JKD footwork does both at same time with many factors coming to play. but this makes one travel extremely quickly before the opponent can react. Plus there is no swaying of the body to let the eyes see 3D…therefore 2D is what the opponent has left. Very efficient.

if this was actually a martial arts video, not a boxing video, then this noob would know that if he stepped forward with his back leg like that he would be sweeped before he could slide his back foot forward. also, positioning your back foot on that angle means that he will not be able to get maximum power in his punch

This is nice advice for keeping a firm stance, particulary the back step.

wrong, wrong, you not only have cartilage in your spine (when your a kid) you have cartilage in your arms and legs, also it causes your back muscles to strengthen which does some bad stuff (long term) to children (any one under 16)

There are no problems for anyone to lift weights as long as it is done properly!

Step and slide, step and slide. Like your going to have time to be messing around with that when trying to defend yourself.
