    ahhhhh…this guy doesnt get it i dont think…it not just faking the kick, you kick back your leg when you punch to give it extra force and reach…haha

    Yeah this is the wrong way to do it. If you are in left foot forward stance, you jump off your left leg, start to bring the right knee forward while simultaneously cocking your right arm back, and then you thrust the right leg backward at the same time you throw an all out right cross. If done correctly you land on the left foot. Looks like he’s landing on the right foot, which is not the right way to do a superman punch.

    Say what you want. I think John shares some good insight in his videos. He reminds me of my lead instructor teaching style by explaining well. You guys also are just seeing the punch and mocking it, but you forget the timing, distance, and strategy etc etc that has to be the basis of ALL techniques
