This is a fluid combination of Kajukenbo and silat, circular parries deflect straight punches, a rising ridgehand to the groin, elbow to face, plam strikes,and Sil Lum Pai Kicks. it uses level changes and strikes to vital points. I’m sharing this because I’ve seen so much incredible material being shown on You tube, and I’m grateful for it. Not because I think I’m good or an expert, I don’t claim to be a master, and I’m only doing my own interpritation..
