Here i show a punch defense in the air, against a person, and against a very hard tile. Please dont try this at home. These tiles are much harder than wood and can damage your hand. I have conditioned my knuckles to a point where its safe to do this, but i still have a long way to go till they are as hard as i would like. This is my first punch defense and the one im most comfortable with. it works best against a straight non haymaker punch. i have 3 more formalized punch defenses i have created and many more ones still being tested. I eventually hope to teach these and more to disabled and non disabled people but i have a long way to go and am just a student trying to share a bit of knowledge at this point so any tips are welcome as long as they are respectful. Always seek proper instruction.
